How to return an order
We want every Cubey to make travel easier. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Faulty, damaged or not as described: no time limit. Email us and we'll sort it.
Changed your mind: refunds within 14 days of delivery, exchanges within 30 days.
- Change of mind: 14 days for a refund, 30 days for an exchange

- Items must be unused with tags on, in original packaging
- For change of mind, you cover return postage (no prepaid label)
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Your Cubey products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose we have told you they are fit for. If a product fails one of these guarantees you are entitled to a remedy: for a major failure you choose a refund or a replacement; for a minor one we will repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time. These rights apply regardless of the change-of-mind windows below, which are an additional courtesy we offer.

Log in, find the order, click Request return, choose the items + a reason, and pick refund or exchange.
Go to my accountWe approve returns within one business day. You'll get an email confirming the return is approved with these instructions.
Pop the items back in their original packaging and write our address on the parcel. Use any AusPost service. Standard is cheapest.

Keep the receipt from AusPost. It's your proof of postage if anything goes missing.
Once your parcel arrives (usually 5 to 10 days after you post it), we inspect the items and process the refund to your original payment method, or ship the exchange. Either way, you get an email confirmation.

What counts as "unused"?
Items still in their original packaging with all tags attached. We can't accept items that show signs of use.
Can I return something after the change-of-mind window?
Sorry, no. The 14-day refund and 30-day exchange windows are firm so we can keep prices fair for everyone. Faulty or damaged items are a separate category with no time limit.
The item arrived damaged. What now?
Don't post it back yet. Email us at hello@cubey.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll sort a replacement at our cost.
I bought it as a gift. Can the recipient return it?
Yes, just have them email us with the original order number and we'll process it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, but exchanges or store credit are options.
Can I return a Cubey I bought from a stockist?
Returns from third-party stockists need to go back to that stockist directly. Get in touch if you're not sure where you bought it.
