Using your cubes

No paper manual, no packaging you throw away. Just the packing ritual straight from Cubey HQ: two quick videos, then the step-by-step to follow with your suitcase open.

Roll, don't fold

Lay each piece flat and roll it tight. Rolling fits more into the same cube and your linen shirt lands on the other side without the creases.

Everything here is the Signature Compression Packing Cube Set:

  • Two large cubes
  • A medium cube
  • A small cube
  • A shoe bag
  • A drawstring laundry bag

Zip it down

The second zip is the one doing the work. Run it slowly around the cube and watch the pile shrink. That is 30% more space in the same bag.

Those are SBS compression zips, chosen because the zip is where cheap cubes give up first.

The packing order

Six steps, same order every trip. Stick it in your memory and the suitcase behaves.

  1. Step 1:

    Sort by category

Tops in one cube, bottoms in another, smalls in the small one. The transparent front panels mean you always know what's where.

  2. Step 2:

    Roll, don't fold

Tight rolls, laid side by side. More clothes in, fewer creases out.

  3. Step 3:

    Close the first zip

That's the everyday zip. Cube packed, contents contained, nothing escaping.

  4. Step 4:

    Run the compression zip

The outer zip squeezes the air out. That's the 30% of your suitcase you just got back.

  5. Step 5:

    Load panels up

Cubes sit flat in the case with the transparent panels facing you. No 11pm hotel-room excavation.

  6. Step 6:

    Pack the laundry bag empty

The drawstring bag rides along flat. On the way home it keeps worn clothes away from clean ones.

Works the same in Sand and Black. Your suitcase doesn't get a vote.
