By accessing or using cubey.com.au ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you don't agree with any terms, please don't use our Site.
About Us
Travel With Cubey (ABN 68 803 482 660) trading as Cubey is a partnership based in New South Wales, Australia. We sell travel accessories including packing cubes, toiletry bags and tech organisers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

All products are subject to availability. We'll notify you if an item is out of stock after you've placed an order, and we'll offer a refund or alternative.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but price changes won't affect orders already placed.
Ordering and Payment
Placing Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation emails confirm receipt but don't constitute acceptance.
Payment
We accept payment via Stripe and Shopify Payments. Payment is processed at the time of order. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the full amount including delivery fees.
Order Acceptance
We accept your order when we dispatch the products. We may refuse orders for any reason including product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery
We ship via Australia Post to Australian addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Delivery Failures
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information you provided, you may be liable for redelivery costs.

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
